Abstract

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of Painless Abortion in patients with early pregnancy. Methods In 100 cases were divided into propofol + fentanyl group(treatment group)50 cases, the propofol group(control group) 50 cases. In the treatment group 0.05mg+fentanyl intravenous propofol 150mg,in the control group only intravenous propofol 150mg,to observe the results of response. Results The effect of 48 cases(96.0%),effective in 2 cases(4.0%),inefficacy 0 cases,a total effective rate of 100% in in treatment group;41 cases of effect(82.0%),effective in 3 cases(6.0 percent),5 cases of invalid(10.0%),a total effective rate 88.0% in control group, there Efficiency comparison the difference was significant(χ2=3.98,P0.05);during operation time、post-operative bleeding amount、amount of propofol in treatment group were better than the control group(t = 2.210,t = 2.345,t = 2.118,P both 0.05);The psychological care, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients with the treatment have certain action. Conclusion The treatment of propofol joint propofol played a very good effect.
