Enlightenment of human resource management in excellent enterprises abroad and home to state-own enterprises in China

Abstract

The competition of human resource market is intensified by the market economy.The development and management of human resource play an important part in enterprise development.There are many problems in the management of human resources in the state-owned enterprises and it influences the development of state-owned enterprises.Now,by analyzing these problems and considering the experience of human resource management in excellent enterprises abroad and home,the article puts forward sime suggestions to improve the human resource management of our state-owned enterprises.
