Abstract
Objective To observe the results of suture fixation intraocular lens.Methods 31 eyes in 31 cases with ruptured posterior capsule or with no posterior capsule were performed cataract surgery with suture fixation intraocular lens.26 eyes of them were primary implanted,5 eyes of them were secondary implanted.They were followed up 3-48 months.Results Of the 31 eyes,5 eyes(16.1%) had a corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or better.2 eyes(6.5%)were decentered.Conclusion Suture fixation intraocular lens is effective in eyes with ruptured posterior capsule or with no posterior capsule.
