Abstract
Objective To review 28 cases with suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods The suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in 28 cases(eyes)were proussed in aphakic eyes without posterior capsule. Results Following up for 5~16 months, the postoperative visual acuity was better than 0.5 in 10 eyes(35.7%),0.3~0.5 12 eyes(42.9%),0.1~0.2 in 3 eyes(10.7%),less than 0 1 in 3 eyes(10.7%)and no serious complication observed. Conclusions Suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation had definite clinical values in the eyes without posterior capsule.
