Role of Counselors in Colleges and Universities in the Construction of Academic Discipline

Abstract

Based on the questionnaire survey of 1 200 students from seven colleges and universities in City of Hefei,this paper points out that there are a number of notable problems in regard to academic discipline.A counselor in colleges and universities acts both as a manager and as a teacher,and plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of academic discipline.This paper discusses the measures counselors should take to enable themselves play their parts to the full in the construction of academic discipline.
