Abstract

A new fluorine-containing monolithic column for capillary electrochromatography was prepared by in-situ polymerization of 2-(N-ethylperfluorooctanesulfonamido) ethyl methacrylate , butyl methacrylate, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate and ethylene dimethacrylate. The influences of pretreatment of capillary and porogen solvent on porous structure and permeation were investigated. After optimization of separation conditions, baseline separation of several phenol compounds was performed on the monolithic column.
