Abstract

Objective: Observing the C-reaction protein(CRP) in patients with positive treponema pallidum to explore the value of CRP in the diagnosis of syphilis.Method:The level of CRP in 75 cases of positive treponema pallidum,80 cases of health was detection, and also after the treatment of syphilis.Result:There was significant difference between the patients of positive treponema pallidum and the health in the level of CRP(P0.001).There's evident difference in clinical stages of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P0.001).Compared with the level of CRP in patients with positive treponema pallidum before treatment, there was obvious difference after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion: CRP testing to patients with positive treponema pallidum has application value in early diagnosis, the clinical stages, and treatment outcome.
