Thinking about forest resources management system reform of state-owned forest area

Abstract

Aiming at the disadvantages of the management system and mechanism of forest resources of state-owned forest area,on the basis of summary experience of forest resources management system reform of key state-owned forest region in northeast China,the directions and assumptions of forest resources management system reform of state-owned forest area were proposed from institutional settings,sources of funds,job functions and management mechanism,etc.
