Abstract
In this study,it mainly describes the current status of state-owned forest resources management from two aspects that are silviculture production and harvesting production,and points out the changes and challenges in forest resources management after the reform of state-owned forest right system,than explores the future development of state-owned forest resources management after the forest right system reform,starting form three directions: classification management,participative management,cutting quota management.
