Abstract
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of Qiangli disinfectant.Method The germicidal efficacy was observed using suspension test.Result The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida.Albicans exposed to its solution containing 50mg/ml chlorine dioxide for 10~15min or E.coli exposed to containing 40mg/ml l chlorine dioxide for 10min attained 100%.The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to a solution attained 100%.A solution containing chlorine dioxide 200mg/ml for 20min could fully destroy HBsAg antigenicity. Conclusion The germicidal efficacy increased with increasing chlorine dioxide concentration and prolonging exposure time.
