Abstract
Objective:To compare the germicidal efficacy of different forms of chlorine dioxide disinfectants. Methods:The suspension quantitative bactericidal tests were conducted in laboratory. Results:The killing log value of E.coli,Candida albicans,Spores of B.subtilis var.niger and S.aureus in suspension exposed to the solid disinfectants of chlorine dioxide A 500mg/L for 1 min and 250 mg/L for 5 min were ≥5,but that of E.coli,Candida albicans and S.aureus in suspension exposed to the liquid one B 500 mg/L for 5 min were also ≥5.Conclusion:The germicidal efficacy of different forms of chlorine dioxide disinfectants reinforced when the concentrations and the action times increased, and that of the solid one was better.
