Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical values of the changes of serum TBA,HA and PⅢP levels in 68 patients with hepatic c.Methods Serum HA,PⅢP levels were determined with RIA and serum TBA levels with enzymatic method in 68 patients and 35 controls. Results Serum TBA,HA,PⅢP levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls(P0.01).Among the various types of diseases, values of the tested markers increased along with the increase of the severity of the disease process. Conclusion Detection of serum TBA,HA and PⅢP levels were an important value for the diagnosis, treatment and outcome prediction of hepatic fibrosis.
