Abstract

Research of management science focuses on applied research and enterprise technical services in higher vocational colleges.The establishment of innovative scientific research team can arrange the resources,promote scientific research innovation and enterprise services;and also promote research quality and core competence of colleges.This paper analyses the difficulties in building scientific research team of management in higher vocational colleges,and put forward some countermeasures accordingly.
