Abstract
Aim:To study and establish the fingerprints of Rhizoma ligustici by RP-HPLC and LC-MS.Methods:C_(18) column was used in the HPLC separation. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.8% acetic acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wave length was 304 nm.Results:Under this selected chromatographic condition, good HPLC fingerprints of Rhizoma ligustici were obtained. Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint facilitate the evaluation of the quality of Rhizoma ligustici.
