Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Rhizoma et Radix Ligustici.METHODS RP-HPLC method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint. The reversed phase HPLC system consisting of a C18 column(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)and a mixture of acetonitrile(A)and 0.04% phosphoric acid (B)with gradient elution(0~15min,90%→80% B,15~60min,80%→15% B,volume fraction)as the mobile phase was adopted. The column temperature was set up at 25℃ and the flow-rate was 0.8 mL.min-1.The absorbance was monitored at 274nm.RESULTS RP-HPLC fingerprint have set up and owned the mode in common.,with better relevance.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable, feasible in analysis of Rhizoma et radix ligustici and can be used scitentifically to evaluate the quality of Rhizoma et radix ligustici.
