Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeonol in Shuangdan Oral Liquid.METHODS A Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(60∶35).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS The linear range of paeonol was 0.214~1.069μg,and the average recovery rate was 98.36%,RSD = 0.36%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,reliable and accurate,it can be used to control the quality of preparation.
