Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Paeonol by RP-HPLC in Jingdaining Capsules.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm).The flow rate was 1ml·min-1 and the detective wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 12.72~127.20μg·ml-1 for Paeonol.The average recovery was 99.26%.RSD=1.2%(n=6).CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple,reliable,specific,and can be used for the quality control of Jingdaining capsules.
