Survey on Intra-Party Democracy and Intra-Party Harmony from Multi-dimensional Interpretation of "Party's Life" Proposition

Since the report on the 16th National Congress of the CPC pointing out that Intra-Party democracy is Party's life,through the 17th National Congress of the CPC via the 4th and the 6th plenary sessions of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC,the significance of of intra-Party democracy develops unceasingly,which demonstrates on that the intra-Party democracy is the decisive factor and motive force of Party's advancement,is the basis and key of lifting Party's governing capacity,is the core and soul of reinforcing Party's combating corruption and building a clean government construction,and is precondition and basic approach to enhance intra-Party harmony.Hence,making great efforts to realize advancement with time in the understanding of the significance of intra-Party democracy's Life is of real importance to enhance the construction of Party's progressiveness,governing capacity and fighting corruption and building a clean government,and to promote social harmony with intra Party harmony.
