Six Mainstays Must be Reinforced to Develop Intra-party Democracy

As an important component of Marxist theory on political party,the development of intra-party democracy is an important factor relating to the success or failure of the Party's undertaking,the radical guarantee for the Party to keep being vigorous,an urgent requirement for boosting the new great program of party building,an important tache for actively and steadily advancing the political system reform and building the socialist democratic politics,and also an important theme of party building.Six mainstays,i.e.,guaranteeing the democratic rights of party members,actually making party affairs public,realizing intra-party democratic decision-making,carrying through intra-party election,perfecting the party congress system,and strengthening intra-party supervision,must be reinforced to develop intra-party democracy.
