On "Inner-Party Democracy is the Life of the Party" From the View of Harmonious Society

To the Communist Party of China,the inner-Party democracy,based on the Party's nature,mission and aim,is the outcome of democratic politics and a rule for the Party's political life.The democratic institutions about the Party's organizational system,operational mechanism and inner-Party political life are formed according to the basic principles of democratic centralism.It is the historical mission of the Party to realize democracy,and the inner-Party democracy is regarded as the life of the Party and the foundation of harmony inside the Party,and also the guide to the people's democracy.To build a harmonious society,the inner-Party democracy must be strengthened so as to promote the people's democracy through expanding democracy within the Party,and to improve the social harmony through strengthening harmony in the Party.
