The Reflection of Chinese Constitutional Interpretation

Nowadays,many experts and scholars put forward their own points of view and hold arguments on the theory and practice in the field of the science of constitutional interpretation,but at the same time,they all concern themselves with Chinese constitutional interpretation system and the way to perfect it.This paper tends to determine the concept of Chinese constitutional interpretation from the angle of its subject and object.The causes of its deficiency are analyzed through the research of the practice of constitutional interpretation and the frequency of it.It is hoped that through the discussion of the necessity and feasibility of the constitutional interpretation,the dilemma of the current Chinese constitutional interpretation system can be changed and light of hope can be found in the road to perfect it.
