The Comparison of the mode of Constitutional tvolution

The author commented on the mode of constitutional evolution ,and argued that,in general sense,there are two mode which are the pattern of Constitution though framing and of Constitution though interpretation and practice.Though comparative analysis about them,we think that we should adopt constitutional interpretation development's method as Chinese constitutional development model,on the basis of constitutional interpretation so as to enhance the authority,stability and continuity of constitutional,and to strengthen constitutional suitability and legal effect by constitutional interpretation.
