Discusstion on the Meaning of Constitutional Interpretation and Improvment of the System of the Constitution Interpretation

By exploring the meaning of constitutional interpretation and discussing the significance of constitutional interpretation,the constitutional interpretation is found out to play a considerable role in implementation of constitution of our country. However,the status of China's implementation of the Constitution is always unsatisfactory. Mainly due to the problems of our system of constitutional interpretation. The purpose of this article is to analysis these problems and puts forward some corresponding improvement to solve it.
