Abstract
The effects of loading ratio on electroless nickel plating process were investigated with deposition rate, mass fraction of phosphorus in the coating and stability constant as evaluation index while the bath composition and plating process were kept constant. The experimental results show that the deposition rate decreases with the increase of loading ratio;the mass fraction of phosphorus in the coating increases with the increase of loading ratio;the stability constant fluctuates between 80%~94%;when loading ratio is 1.5dm2/L,the bath can be fully used.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
