Abstract
The fifth session of the sixteen central committee of the Chinese Communist Party put forward the stratagem of new Chinese rural village construction. New rural village construction needs more fund and improving rural financial serving. The paper lodges the suggestion of improving rural financial, consolidating financial service base on rural finance actuality.
