Abstract

The development of rural education plays an important role both in new village construction and its driving force.It is the construction of new rural strategy based on its basic position of principal in the following areas: First,it is the source of building rural areas.Second,it is the basis for building a modern agricultural project.Third,it is the development of the rural economy inevitable choice.Fourth,it is the fundamental way to increase the farmers' income.
