Abstract
The content of nitrobenzene in polluted water in the north-east of China was determined by HPLC.The HPLC system consists of C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),acetonitrile-water(7∶3) mixture as mobile phase with detection at 242nm,and flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The recover of nitrobenzene is within the range of 98.0%~102.5%,and the relative standard error is less than 2.0%.The linear range of this method is 0.010~50mg/L.The results from this analysis of samples are satisfactory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
