Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the determination of lmidacloprid in polluted water by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[Methods]The sample was filtered by 0.45 μm membrane, and determined by HPLC, with Acetonitrile-water (40+60) the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 270 nm. [Results]Detection limit was 6.4×10~3 ng/ml, the average recovery rate was 105.44%, RSD was 5.66%, regression curve was Y=7×107 X,r=0.9991. [Conclusion] The method of sensitivity, precision and accuracy are in compliance with the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
