Abstract

The method for determination the nitrobenzene content in water by HPLC with solid phase extraction was established. The results showed that nitrobenzene had a good linear correlation(r=0.99992) when it was added from 1.344~134.4 μg/L,its recovery was 90.18%~100.64%,and relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 7.95%,also the minimum detectable value was 6.2×10-4μg.This method could be applied to analysis the water samples.
