Study on Problems of Marine Economy Development in Shanghai

As the central goal of creating international shipping is proposed,the development of marine economy in Shanghai has been a great concern.This paper firstly analyzes the advantages for development of marine economy in Shanghai from four aspects of the location,transportation and policy support as well as marine science technology and culture,and then points out problems arising out of the development of marine resources and marine development planning,and further gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,looking forward to having certain reference value to the development of Shanghai's marine economy.
