In the new era of Xi Jinping, China must vigorously promote the strategy of building a maritime power that will comprehensively enhance China's marine economy. With the rapid development of Internet + action plan as a part of the national strategy, Internet + marine economy will become a new development path that provides new ideas for the development of the marine economy. On the basis of the development of Internet + marine economy, this paper integrates with marine economy from the aspects of Internet big data analysis and Internet marketing, and proposes some implementation paths of fusion.
