Abstract
In order to optimize the piezoelectric senor design and enhance its measurement range, with the nonlinear transient dynamics finite element analysis software Msc.dytran, the acceleration and dynamic stress of the sensor fixed on a missile are simulated. The result indicates that the piezoelectric transducer has a best thickness, simulation can help to select a better material combination to induce the stress wave in the piezoelectric transducer,so that the measurement range can be increased.
