Species Biodiversity of Terrestrial Mollusca in Yangjifeng Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
An investigation on the species biodiversity of terrestrial mollusks of Yangjifeng Nature Reserve in Jiangxi province was carried out from November 2007 to May 2008.47 species belonging to 13 families,27 genera were collected(including 2 undefined species).Sixteen of the 47 species were newly recorded species in Jiangxi province.The results of faunal analysis showed that the main faunal element were Oriental realm species which accounted for 63.83% of the total species.The dominant species of this area were Euphaedusa parietaria(Schmacker Boettger)and Bradybaena similaris similaris(Ferussac).The results of diversity analysis showed that the species richness indices dMA of 11 sampling sites ranged from 0 to 6.2345;species diversity indices H' ranged from 0 to 3.5676;and evenness indices Jsw ranged from 0 to 1.3610.
