Effect of 102 Patients with Severe Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by the Micro-puncture Operation

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the micro-puncture operation.Methods 102 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with the micro-puncture operation,and 84 patients with conventional treatment as control group.Results The suivival rate of treatment group patients was higher(P0.05) than those of the control group.After 4 weeks,the value of GCS in suivival patients of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the micro-puncture operation is safe and effective method.
