Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and related factors of drainage treatment by mini-puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The hematoma location was confirmed by CT.40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in experimental group were treated with mini-puncture drainage by YL-1 paracentetic needl.Urokinase was used to lysis the hematoma.32 patients in control group received conservative treatment. Results Both survival rate and recovery of neurological function in experimental group were better than that in control group. Conclusions This is effective treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with mini-incision.It can improve the prognosis and decrease the mortality rate of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
