Abstract
Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect about micro-injury operation、 scavenging intracerebral hemorrhage and no-surgical treatment for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method: 186 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into 3 groups : the 62 cases accepted micro-injury operation in A group, the 59 cases accepted scavenging intracerebral hemomhage in B group, the 65 cases accepted no-surgical treatment in C group. The results were assessed on Glasgow coma scale.Result: The fatality rate and disability rate were significantly decreased in A group compared with the other groups , The healing rate in A group was much higher than the other groups(P0.01). Conclusion: The micro-injury operation is safe and efficient in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
