Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Nao′an dropping pill on anti thrombosis and inhibiting platelet aggregation. Methods: The time of thrombosis, dry weight and wet weight of thrombus and maximum aggregation rate of platelet were measured by instruments. Results: Nao′an dropping pill can delay thrombosis in vivo, decrease the weight of thrombus in vitro and obviously inhibit platelet aggregation. Conclusion: Nao′an dropping pill can inhibit thrombosis and platelet aggregation.
