Abstract

Objective To investigate the surgical management of diabetic foot.Methods 22 cases of diabetic foot were analyzed restrospectively.Results Debridement was done in 11 cases,among those,8 cases were healed while 3 cases had no change;4 cases were operated by the amputation of necrosis digits.Arterial bypass were performed in 3 cases,then paitents' temperature of foot skin rised obviously,the dorsal artery beat of foot recovered in 2 cases.Amputation was done in 2 cases and the other 2 cases left the hospital without operation.Conclusion The surgical treatment is an active methods of avoiding amputation for diabetic foot.Combinated with medicine treatment,it can reduce amputation rate and improve the life quality of patients.
