Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the identification methods for Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and the determination method for ferulic acid in Nubao capsules.METHODS The TLC method was used to identify Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels with test materitals and ferulic acid was determinated by HPLC.RESULTS The TLC specificities of 4 groups of Nubao capsule from 2 factories were proved. The HPLC used SymmetyshieldTMRP18 column as the analytical column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085%phosphate acid solution(17:83) and the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Regression equation was A=-9.02×104C+4.2×107(r=0.9988).The average recovery was 93.68% with RSD of 1.04%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Nubao capsule.
