The effect, serum CA125, testosterone (T), the level of luteinizing hormone (LH), pregnancy rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The response rate and pregnancy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the relapse rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). The levels of CA125, T, LH of treatment group patients after treatment were significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion Combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in treatment of endometriosis can improve effect significantly and promote pregnancy.
