Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with stretching of mobilization for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with analysis of pulling loose therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 25 cases, treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, stretch mobilization treatment, the control group acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Observed and compared 2 groups of clinical curative effect after 2 courses. Results: the effective rate of treatment group was 95.6%; the control group was 88%. There were significant differences between 2 groups, 2 test,(P0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion and stretch mobilization combined with treatment of KOA, high efficiency, safety and reliability, wide application, and is worthy of clinical application.
