Reform the Practice Teaching System to Develop the Innovative Ability of Normal University Students

Practice teaching is an important pivot of teaching and research,it is the key role during the training course in normal universities.Take training innovative teachers as a target,reform the normal major's practice teaching system and focusing on cultivating students' innovative ability is the direction of the normal major's teaching reform.This paper,based on solving existing problems in currently normal major's practice teaching system,will research the principle and path about the reform of normal major's practice teaching system.
