Clinical Curative Effect of Banxiabaizhutianmafang on 50 Vertigo Patients with Vertebral Basilar Insufficiency

Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on vertigo patients with vertebral basilar insufficiency.Methods:50 patients were ramdonly divided into two groups.The control group includes 24 patients,the treatment group includes 26 patients.The patients in control group were given Puerarin(ivgtt) as basic therapy.The patients in treatment group were given Puerarin(ivgtt) and Chinese herbs treatment of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for 14 days.Clinical symtoms and Vertebrobasilar arterial blood average flow velocity changes were observed before and after treatment.Results:The clinical curative effect of treatment grope showed that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction obviously improved symtoms and Vertebrobasilar arterial blood average flow velocity(P0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has apparent curative effect on vertigo patients with vertebral basilar insufficiency.
