Shuxuening Injection With Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Treatment Vertebral-Basilar Insufficiency of 38 Cases

[Objective]To observe Shuxuening Injection with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction treating Vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency ( VBI) and the efficacy of cerebral hemodynamics before and after treatment and blood rheology changes.[Method] 68 cases of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group,38 cases with Shuxuening injection 20mL / times associated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction;the control group of 30 patients with Shuxuening injection 20mL / second treatment,1/d,14d to a course of treatment.All patients were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,blood rheology and transcranial Doppler ultrasound ( TCD) changes.[Results] treatment group and control group before treatment hemorheology and bilateral vertebral arteries,basilar artery mean flow velocity (Vm) showed different degrees of abnormal symptoms after treatment,blood rheology indicators and bilateral vertebral arteries,basilar artery of Vm was significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group improved more significantly (P 0.05).[Conclusion] Shuxuening combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can improve the vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency symptoms, indicators of abnormal blood rheology and TCD,with the expansion of blood vessels,relieve spasm,increase vertebral - basilar artery flow such as role.
