Abstract
In the huge interests' difference of urban and rural,a mass of local rural talents have out flowed.In this process,social capital factor has having a great influence on rural talents flow.Analyze and study social capital factors which influence rural talents flow and the consequent impacts,has great realistic significance in promoting agricultural development and pushing the construction of our country's rural society.
