Abstract
This article analyzes the present situation and problems of performance management of power supply enterprises;explores the performance management system which can make the enterprises' development strategy implement effectively in each department and each staff of the organization.The system can be used to realize coordination between staff individual achievements and the enterprise overall achievements.Finally,this article proposes some ideas on establishing the modern performance management system in power supply enterprises by adopting the advanced performance management system.
