Abstract

With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,performance management gradually rises to the height corporate strategy.Companies are concerned about how to promote performance and ultimately help enterprises achieve their strategic goals.This paper discusses the optimization of performance management for enterprises,and points out some problems which we must take notice.
