Abstract

Business performance management plays an important role in the development of an enterprise.Based on the analysis of the problems in performance management of power supply companies,this essay gives relevant solutions and suggestions in the aspects of improving staff members' ideological understanding,perfecting the organizational system,establishing performance indicators,setting up communication channels,ensuring fair operations and deepening the application of assessment results,to improve the performance management level of power supply enterprises.
