Equality of Right to Education and Discrimination

As the fundamental right specified by the Constitution,citizen's right to education should be equally treated.Those discriminations in education based on forte,stratum,nationality and district are mostly eclectic or transitional measures for historical and realistic reasons,without the sense of justice.The equality of right to education relies on the law in form,but is subject to the development of social economy in essence.To improve citizen's right to education,people should make efforts to adjust the economic background of rights,but not to change the prescriptive rules of equality of right and opportunity.Under the conditions that economic and educational resources become more balanced,those discriminations in reality should be weakened and abolished in the end,so the equality of right to education can be achieved both in form and in essence.
