The Right of Equality and Constitutional Protection

The right of equality is a basic human right stipulated in the constitution.It came into being at the Age of Enlightenment and was further developed after World War II.Rooted in the universality of human rights,the theory of the right of equality is strongly against discrimination.It is the basis for the justification of State power.This sound policy and the scrutiny criteria serve this aim.The right of equality is not only the right in theory but also has great value in practice.To assure the citizens' right of equality,the Anti-discrimination Law should be enacted.
